1. Introduction

No Gambling Policy:

HighStakes™ Freeplay does not facilitate real-money betting or wagering
$AURA is NOT exchangeable for real-world currency
All transactions remain within the HighStakes™ ecosystem

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must NOT:

Use automated scripts or bots
Engage in fraud, multi-accounting, or unfair practices
Attempt to exploit gameplay mechanics or abuse staking features

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The platform, UI, game mechanics, and software belong exclusively to HighStakes™ and cannot be copied or redistributed
All game outcomes and historical data are stored on-chain for transparency and immutability

6. Termination of Service

HighStakes™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if terms are violated or to maintain the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

HighStakes™ Freeplay is provided “as is” with no warranties
HighStakes™ is not responsible for financial losses or damages related to external services, such as blockchain transactions or third-party wallet providers

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where HighStakes™ is legally registered
Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction
